I have been a Christian for more than a decade now. As a reflect on those many years, I can say without hesitation that my walk with the Lord has been full of ups and downs. It is only recently that I have started to pray with a companion regularly that I see how crucial it is for us to have a companion. Now I can say that I am finally beginning my walk with the Lord Jesus because I know that He desires for us to be built, blended, and knit together in Him. At the same time, I am beginning to see how important it is that we have an inner life or a hidden life with the Lord Jesus. What that simply means is that we enjoy Him secretly.
